How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. Custom-framed pieces or oversized home decor items may require an additional 3-5 days for careful processing and specialized packaging.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made art commissions and final sale gallery pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
Are the art prints sold with frames?
Many of our prints are available both unframed and professionally framed. You can select your preferred framing option directly on the product page to match your home's aesthetic.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your order has been dispatched from the Porter Art Guild warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
